Leadership Development Programs

Challenge

Our client is a large health provider committed to the development of their 140 leaders across four campuses. The aim was to create a consistent leadership approach where all leaders had advanced interpersonal skills and were committed to creating an empowering and positive environment for their teams.

Leadership Intervention

We designed a six-month leadership intervention, consisting of live workshops, small group communities of practice and peer mentoring, along with an LMS where leaders could access inspirational leadership videos and supplementary reading such as academic journal articles giving research backing for their new skills.  We drew research from Positive, Leadership and Organisational Psychology and Attachment Theory.

Outcome

The program had a transformational effect on individual leaders and the organisation. We have received a number of letters from leaders sharing positive impact the program has had on their confidence and practice as a leader, but also on their personal lives.
